We love music, and we have a passion the people that create it. Music enriches and enhances our life. It reflects the triumphs and tragedies of our world. It is a blessing to our souls.

For those of us that play instruments with strings, this blessings also comes with a curse. It's called dead strings. Nothing can discourage us more than dead lifeless strings. Tired strings are not inspiring, nor are they musical.

But first, we had to deal with the curse - What causes regular strings to go dead?

You do. Every time you pick up your guitar and play, you leave something behind. You are a DNA detectives dream!
